
Hi, friends! If you follow me on Instagram you probably already know that I have been OBSESSED with smoothie bowls recently. They are basically my favorite things ever and fortunately for me, they are super easy to make. Because I love them so much, I had to share with y’all the ingredients I use and how I make them at home!
ingredients for smoothie
* measurements are personalized *
unsweetened, original almond milk
mix of frozen fruits (blueberries, bananas, strawberries, etc)
fresh or frozen kale and/or spinach
* I do this to incorporate my greens because I don’t eat them as often as I should *
toppings
oats & honey granola
sliced almonds
chia seeds
honey
fresh fruit
* I typically go for 1/2 banana, sliced *

making the smoothie bowl
mix almond milk, frozen fruits and greens in a blender until smooth.
* tip: I recommend stirring the smoothie frequently throughout the blending process + adding a little water if needed to get it as smooth as possible *
pour your smoothie into a bowl and add granola, sliced almonds, chia seeds, fresh fruit and any other toppings your little heart desires.
drizzle with honey and enjoy!
